Salmon in Wine

What about fish? Well we do fish when we can get it. Mary Jane managed to get a bow and a dozen arrows from the cornucopia along with some Salmon. (We left those nasty blue berries for the neighbors!)

So tonight is salmon night. I cook it twice, once on the grill and again in the pan with butter and herbs. It’s flakey and super flavorful. Our smoke alarm has a cameo when wine and heat are involved. Thank you all for your kind comments.
